About the Position

We are looking for Software Test Automation Engineer that will be part of our Automation & DevOps Team, in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
 

More specifically, as Software Test Automation Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks for REST API, UI and Mobile Application Testing
• Build and maintain tools for test development
• Design and implement mock services and define test data sets
• Design and implement Continuous Integration pipelines in CI/CD and Application Lifecycle management tools, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, Micro Focus ALM Octane, etc.
• Establish relationships with customers to assess their needs and propose solutions
• Influence, develop and execute QA process and testing best practices

To be considered you should have:
 

• University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Algorithmic and Programming skills
• Knowledge of JSON and REST API
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Engineering mindset
• Excellent use of Greek and English both in verbal & written form

The following are considered a plus:

• Solid knowledge of basic principles of Software Quality Assurance
• Previous experience with Micro Focus UFT suite
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.
• Experience in Continuous Integration process, version control, defect tracking and test management tools
