Duties
Identify areas for improvement in existing software and subsequently implement needed automations; ability to collaborate efficiently by articulating simple technical information.
Automate recurring processes such as monthly client invoicing and supplier mail reporting.
Facilitate integration processes, solution planning with in-house operational team, as well as IT personnel of our trusted partners and customers in our EU-wide e-fulfillment network, drawing on varied technical expertise and experience in e-commerce or other sectors that rely on supply chain, digital means and marketing.
Work efficiently with the rest of the IT department, the CTO and external tech consultants.
Experience
Experience in ERP or CRM software from the perspective of a user and as an administrator.
Use of development tools and scripting/programming to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a relevant role
