Junior Information Systems Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for activities related to software development and coding related to applications, web applications, mobile applications, and databases across all units where INDEVCO Group is operational
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
- Perform software development while following software engineering and INDEVCO ISBI (Information Systems & Business Intelligence) software development standards to ensure that developed systems conform to the preset standards and norms
- Develop, implement, and deploy systems (including reports) based on the defined specifications, requirements, database design, graphical user interface design and adapted standard coding procedures
- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, supportable solutions
- Study and analyze information needs conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle to develop software solutions
- Make sure that proper and optimal connectivity between the application and database are met to optimize system performance and maintain high level of data atomicity
- Lead the testing process to make sure that all technical recommendations & testing are applied and that all issues are identified
- Create and develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code to document & demonstrate solutions
- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects in to ensure bug free and reliable systems
- Prepare and establish the technical programs, methodology and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Seek and adapt new technologies and platforms that can give an added value on the development level to enhance the systems performance and capabilities
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience
· Bachelor degree in computer science / Engineering or Equivalent
· 0-2 Years of experience in a related field is a plus
- Good command of the English language
