- Inbound, outbound phone calls and email correspondence solving simple customer concerns
- Coordination of activities between customers and partners
- Developing the FAQ
- Tracking customer behaviour
- Basic troubleshooting
- Collecting customer’s feedback and responding to customer’s reviews
Candidate Profile
- Conscientious individual, team player with a strong work ethic
- Customer oriented mindset
- Analytical thinker with a desire for constant self-development
- Exceptionally good command of the Italian language
- Previous experience in any type of customer support
