About the new role

There is currently a job opening “Customer Relations Agent” in the department of Customer Relations. As a Customer Relations Agent, you will report to the Customer Relations Manager and you will be responsible to ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt in a timely manner, establishing positive long-lasting client-to-company relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction. If you are eager to provide solutions quickly and you want to support our company to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations this role is for you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintenance of high customer satisfaction
  • Assist with complaints, errors, refunds, billing, and other queries
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints to identify the causes
  • Select appropriate responses to customer issues and resolve them on a timely manner
  • Keep and update files that include customer's data and relevant communication regarding each incoming request

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Extra knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Spanish or French, will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

And you have competence in:

  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer and results orientation
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Stress management
  • Empathy
