Our company helps hundreds of people daily in their search for the right doctor, the medical examination they need and book an online appointment with the selected doctor immediately. We are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role is responsible to build sustainable relationships and trust with doctors through open and interactive communication and ensure that all online reviews comply with doctoranytime’s review policy before they are published.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to influence & engage other in impactful communication
  • Strong Analytical skills and structured thinking
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
