We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Support Consultant Trainee to join our UniQue Public & Software Products Team.

In this role, you will provide continuous support to our clients on the proper use of a specific software, you will support the resolution of questions and the identification of problems, and you will work in close cooperation with other consultants as well as the development team so to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
• Install and troubleshoot software solutions
• Conduct software testing
• Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
• Create training materials
• Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
• Provide continuous support on software solutions
• Create technical documentation on project’s deliverables

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Knowledge in database implementation MS SQL Server will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
• Driving license (optional)
